The spice of life is… spice!

Welcome to Hint of Chili and thanks for checking in! We’re Esther and Maria, two Dutch childhood friends who decided never to lose touch and stuck with our promise.

Although we followed completely different paths in life – Esther is an engineer and medical imaging student living in The Netherlands, Maria a full-time blogger and niche content writer residing in Spain – we decided that in blogging, maybe two heads are better than one.

That’s why we decided to team up in order to launch Hint of Chili and its sister website It’s All Cheese, where we share everything there is to discover about two of our favorite things in the world of cooking: spicy food and cheese. Sometimes both at the same time!
